01About these terms

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name] (“we”, “us”, “our”), the company through which Dr. Eric Weiss (“Eric”) offers his programs.

They apply when you visit this website, subscribe to the newsletter, join a waitlist, buy a membership, or apply to the Investor Network (together, the “Services”). By purchasing, applying for, or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

02Who the services are for

The Services are designed for physicians, including residents and physicians early in their careers. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

You agree to give accurate information when you sign up or apply, and to keep it up to date. We may decline or end access to any program at our discretion, including when a program is at capacity.

03Education, not advice

Everything provided through the Services is for educational and informational purposes only. That includes live and recorded sessions, one-on-one calls, direct messages, community posts, the newsletter, and any deal reviews or examples. Eric shares his own framework and his own experience as an investor.

• Nothing in the Services is investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset.

• All investing involves risk, including the loss of the money you invest. Past results, deal examples, and return profiles discussed in the Services do not promise or indicate future results. We do not guarantee any financial outcome.
• Eric is a physician, but nothing in the Services is medical advice or creates a physician-patient relationship.

04Memberships and billing

Prices are in US dollars. Paid memberships are billed in advance on the day you join and on the same day each month after that, until you cancel. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method each month.

If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it is resolved. We may change prices with at least [confirm: 30] days’ notice by email. A new price applies from your first billing date after that notice period, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Applicable taxes, if any, are added at checkout.

05Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a membership at any time by emailing [email protected] [confirm: or through the billing link in your receipt]. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least [confirm: 48 hours] before your next billing date.

When you cancel, no further charges are made and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

06What each program includes

Foundations

Foundations gives self-paced access to core financial principles and to the growing library of recorded group sessions. The library changes over time as sessions are added, edited, or retired. Joining the Foundations waitlist is free and does not commit you to buy.

Investor Group

The Investor Group includes one live group session with Eric each month and access to the private community between sessions. We set session dates and times and may occasionally change them, with notice. [confirm: whether members who miss a live session receive the recording.]

Private Mentorship

Private Mentorship includes two private 45-minute calls with Eric each month and direct access by [confirm: Slack] between calls. It is limited to five members at a time, and seats may be subject to application and approval.

The Investor Network

The Investor Network has no fee, and entry is by application. The current minimum is $100,000 in investable capital. Meeting the minimum does not guarantee acceptance, and it is not an assessment of whether any investment is suitable for you.

• Nothing on this website or within the Network is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any opportunity is offered only by its issuer or sponsor, through its own offering documents, to people who qualify under applicable securities laws. Many opportunities are available only to accredited investors.
• You are responsible for your own due diligence and for reading any offering documents in full. Private investments are often illiquid and high risk, and you can lose your entire investment.

• We may end Network membership at any time.

07Recordings, confidentiality, and conduct

Group sessions may be recorded. Recordings may be shared with Investor Group members and added to the Foundations library. By joining a group session, you consent to being recorded. If you share your own situation in a session, you can ask us to remove identifying details before the recording is shared [confirm]. Private Mentorship calls are never shared with other members [confirm: whether these calls are recorded at all].

Members discuss real numbers, portfolios, and deals. To keep that possible, you agree to:

• Keep other members’ personal and financial information, and any deal information shared in a session or in the community, confidential.
• Not record, screenshot, download, or share sessions, community posts, or program materials outside the program.
• Not use the community to promote your own products, services, or investment offerings, or to solicit other members.
• Treat other members and Eric with respect.

We may suspend or remove anyone who breaks these rules. [confirm: Removal for a breach does not entitle you to a refund.]

08Content ownership

All content in the Services, including sessions, recordings, frameworks, written materials, and the newsletter, belongs to us or to our licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use that content for your own education while your membership is active.

You may not share your login, resell or republish content, or use it to build a competing program.

09Communications and privacy

When you sign up, apply, or buy, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, and phone number. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us. We use your details to deliver the Services, send receipts and program updates, and reply to you. Our [Privacy Policy link] explains how we handle personal information.

10Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the Services, express or implied.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or from any decision you make. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the [confirm: three] months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

11Indemnity

12Changes

13Governing law and disputes
